Ms. Paul holds an Associates Degree in Legal Assisting, a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science Degree in Business Management. Chanin spent the previous ten years working in the legal and criminal justice fields. Additionally, she participated in extensive mediation and facilitation training. Through her own company Pinnacle Mediation Services, and other private agencies, she successfully mediated many disputes.

Chanin believes in the philosophy that one must give in order to receive. Her community involvement is extremely important to her. She is actively involved with several Chamber of Commerce entities, and recently served as Vice-President on the Conifer Chamber Board of Directors. She currently holds a substitute teaching license and is active in her son’s school district. Chanin conducts educational seminars for women in order to encourage partnership, life long learning and continuity between family and business.
